Richard is a certified fraud examiner with over 25 years of experience dealing with local and foreign financial institutions. He focuses on internal auditing, accounting, and credit administration. Richard previously served as the chief financial officer for an insurance company in Liberia before joining HLB Liberia, LLC. He has overseen several tax and audit assignments across a variety of sectors.

Richard has substantial expertise in drafting financial statements and management letters following the IFRS and GAAP accounting standards. He understands all stages of the audit cycle. Richard routinely consults on tax matters, such as fraud investigation and Revenue Code compliance in Liberia.
