Sankolo has over nine years of auditing experience, having worked for national and international "Big 4" CPA companies before joining HLB Liberia. He has participated in and managed activities in Liberia and Ghana for public-sector firms and national and international non-governmental organizations.

Sankolo's diverse experience includes assurance, risk assessment engagements, financial statement audits, internal control reviews, and special training in IFRS, GAAP, Internal Control Essentials (COSO), Government Auditing Standards (GAS), and other assurance services.
